I messaged King Kong Public about an urgent leak on my property and Steven messaged me back immediately. He came out the next morning exactly when he said he would. He identified the issue quickly and in fact, the leak was related to my neighbor's water line vs ours so I didn't even get the chance to work with him further but I am absolutely referring him to my neighbor. We had a leak coming from behind our backyard wall. Had it diagnosed by others who suggested that we'd have to cut through stucco - they were talking about $350 just to open up the wall. And this didn't include repair. King Kong identified a way to do it at lower cost by coming at it from the inside wall, behind the dish washing machine. They gave a tight response to my initial request and showed up exactly on time, as promised the next day. They quickly solved the problem and cleaned up the work area in a couple of hours.

Usually when I see a 5 star average review I get a little skeptical. I had a leak issues that I tried to fix on my own for 2 days. I finally gave up and tried to call a professional plumber. I call on Friday afternoon and most places didn't have availability until Monday. King Kong Plumbing agree to come out the next day and gave me a 1 hour window. Usually you get a 2-4 hour window from any service. They showed up on time and fixed the problem very quickly. I apricate their work and they are reasonable with their pricing. I will definitely use King Kong Plumbing in the future.
